Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Serelius website and app at serelius.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Serelius

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Your account and your Spaces

You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it. Keep your password and your two-factor codes to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

A Space is where people work together. Its Owner decides who joins and with which role, and answers for how the Space is used. Roles decide what each member can see and do. Deleting a Space or an account erases its data for good and cannot be undone.

3. Your data

What you add to Serelius remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to you and to the people you share it with, and run the Service. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with it.

When you add data about other people, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to keep it and for keeping it accurate. Do not add data you have no right to keep.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into other accounts or Spaces, probe or overload the Service, send spam, upload malware, or use the Service to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend an account or a Space that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

5. Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan. Plans are billed through Stripe as subscriptions, and the price and billing period are shown before you pay. A subscription renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. 6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to Serelius or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms give you the right to use it as offered, and nothing more.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We may change or retire features, and we will tell you in advance when a change matters to you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Serelius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you by e-mail or in the app before a change that matters to you takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
